Spam comments or comment section not working properly?

Hi there,

I am allowing visitors to comment but lately, all I got in reactions is a bunch of letters, email adress, IP address, and another bunch of letters. No links whatsoever. That’s why it would be incredibly useless spam. Why do comments appear like this? Spam or is my comment section not working properly?

Example:

(full name few numbers)@gmail.com
(IP address)

1) Turn off pingbacks in WP > settings > discussion
2) install AKISMET plugin
3) consider captcha plugin for comment submission

Bots will target *any* WordPress install with live comments that does not have a captcha or require registration first. Not theme specific.

Please use the Recaptcha from our theme and check after. You can use the Recaptcha from Theme Panel -> Social/APIS -> https://i.imgur.com/w2yB6e6.png.
