I am not sure what you mean as the TM characters seams to be displayed fine. Are you referring to the decorations around this character: http://screencast.com/t/YH11uxl7xR If this is not what you mean please provide more details and a link where this issue appear so I can inspect it closer.

I’ve test this on my site and the trademark character is displayed fine on mobile devices: http://screencast.com/t/5pPyxwON I suspect that you have this issue because of a different css which applies on that character. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. If the problem persist please provide a link so I can inspect it closer.

I’ve test the link you provided on different mobile devices and the trademark character is displayed fine: http://screencast.com/t/VsiKfc42zdb I am not sure why appear with a different layout on your side but this could be a cache issue, so try to clear phone’s cache and test again. Also you can test this with different mobile devices and see if the problem persist.
