Speed Booster and BuddyPress Styling Messed Up

I think I mentioned this a few times so far about this and I don’t anything is going to be done about this but I see really any reason to use this Speed Booster plugin if it is never going to fix the styling of BuddyPress. To show what I am talking about and no one has really responded to me about this.

I activated Speed Booster and here is image before activating it on BuddyPress members page with tabs.

Before Activating Speed Booster

Now after activating Speed Booster.

After Activating Speed Booster

So what do I do to make it back to the way it was on the styling before activating Speed Booster?

Cover Photos Missing now with Speed Booster enabled even with the new CSS you gave me to fix the tabs for profiles.

Here is that image:

I am in maintenance mode right now trying to deactivate all plugins that could affect the Speed Booster plugin from activating without commenting the certain code in td-speed-booster.php and this shows up for BuddyPress.

v4.2 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: buddypress/bp-loader.php. That is with no changes to BuddyPress at all. Default install of BuddyPress.

So now what?

I even pretty much deactivated all plugins and this Speed Booster complains about them all. Only one it does not complain about is Visual Composer and WP Super Cache. I do not like using the Yoast SEO plugin and I am using All In One SEO. It is like we can’t use anything on plugins with this plugin except for only ones you have used but surprise you say BuddyPress is supported but not by Speed Booster plugin.

I am going to stick with no Speed Booster plugin since it is pretty much a complain plugin.

Hi

Sorry for inconvenience.
We added a list with plugins with which we tested the Speed Booster plugin: http://screencast.com/t/vvuOf7xbR If a new plugin is installed Speed Booster automatically disables itself. We added this measure to avoid conflicts that may appear because some plugins may cause issues when you try to move their resources at the page bottom.
There’s no need to disable all plugins, you have to add them to the list and check if they work when Speed Booster is enabled. Here is an example for BuddyPress: http://screencast.com/t/yHjzKRY7l1pN

'buddypress/bp-loader.php'

Also as the BuddyPress to work fine when Speed Booster is active you need to comment this line: http://screencast.com/t/K8TyrTJ8PTmc

Thanks!

I did exactly what you got there and got 500 server error and put it back and site loads fine. So I have no clue what happened but I think I am going to just stick without the speed booster plugin installed.

Edit: Just tried another plugin that was listed and did what you showed putting on that line with single quotes and still got a 500 server error. Just keeping the plugin uninstalled since it is a pain to use in the first place.

btw: I did that with the buddypress one first and it gave that error even with that part comment out.

Day an a half and I am not sure when you are going to check on this. I sent my WordPress access to my website. I even left the speed booster plugin activate but says disabled waiting for you to check it out. I don’t even know if you can access the site or not. Assuming you can.

Well, I have commented out the code to activate the plugin so it is running but the styling is still messed up and I tried that adding ‘buddypress/bp-loader.php’ to the file again and commented out the ‘bp-legacy-css’ line and it just gave an error and deactivated the plugin and would not activate again after.

I don’t know if you are going to check this or not. Kind of don’t like leaving that terrible look on tabs on the buddypress pages. Also the cover photos don’t even show up anymore.

I already covered all this but nothing is getting done about it. Deactivating plugin until I hear from you.
