I have installed your speed booster plugin and get this message on System Status Panel:
v4.2 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: revslider/revslider.php
Both plugins were installed from the theme package.
Any solution for this issue?

Our Speed Booster plugin has been designed to work properly with some tested plugins, as you can see in this screenshot -> http://screencast.com/t/ojSRErqBEI8 Please note that the Speed Booster plugin disable itself when an incompatible plugin it’s installed. We added this measure to avoid conflicts with the plugins that won’t allow moving their CSS/js resources at page bottom. Catalin, You sell the theme with the plugins included then state that the included plugins are incompatible with the theme ? You might want to state that so buyers would know that all plugins included with the package are “NOT” compatible with the theme and conflicts can and do occur obviously.
So it is either use the revslider or use the speedbooster correct ? That is, without altering the code provided by tagDiv ? What a shame.

Unfortunately, this type of plugin was removed from the list with the accepted plugins of Speedbooster because it was fount that it produce some js errors in the theme and our developers were decided this thing.
