When I change from Yoast free to Yoast premium the speed booster plugin is disabled.
Fix?
Is safe to add it to private $allowed_plugins or
remove the function __construct ?

The speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that, they add many plugins and some of them are not written fine so the developer took this decision.
If you want to always enable speed booster, delete this code from speed booster file: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh

Im not talking about any plugin, is the plugin that you say is compatible with your theme YOAST SEO (the only diference is that is the premium version)
Im allways use only three plugins:
- Yoast
- VC
- Speed-booster

Please notice that I am talking about the Seo Yoast, the free version and I am not referring to the Premium version. Please notice that are two different things and the Premium version has not been tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if it will work as expected with our theme and also, the Speed booster will detect this one as being outside the tested plugins list.
