Speedbooster – all blank – cant reset

Hi,

I have just installed Speedbooster and activated it, no warning message, it blanked my whole site out.
I deactivated all other plugins but still all blank.
So i deactivated speedbooster but it doesnt revert back.

Any ideas ?

here is the error i get when trying to open a post

Saved again the general as per your screenshot and permalinks
deleted cache
no changes

Please assist
