Hey, we bought the Template yesterday. We installed it and it worked. Have edited the page with the TagDivComposer. Now we wanted to make small changes today. the TagDivComposer does not work anymore. Clicking on Edit with TD Composer will cause a gray circle to rotate. Forever.
Check your System status parameters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Still spinning circles. The system parameters are quite good, i think. We close every Plugin and it didnt work. Strange, yesterday everything worked finde.

Hi,
Everything seems to be within parameters. Since you tried while having all plugins except theme plugins deactivated, the issue is caused by something else.
We can take a look, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Also paste a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
@AcarelTV The issue in this case was with the save inner row option, in the tagDiv composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SrmHc7pr
Seems that this option can cause problems, we will fix it as soon as possible. In the next theme update most likely. If you have used that option please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Or even if you did not use the option and the composer is not working for you, contact us by email for investigation.
Thanks
