Spinning wheels of doom in admin panel

Hey party people….

FYI, there is an issue, not specifically theme related, where in IE11/Win7/64 (possibly Win8 also) where when you go to SAVE things in the theme panel for Newspaper, such as saving a widget setting, or saving something like the footer layout, where it just spins.

I have this problem with IE11/Win7-64 (11.0.9600.16521; revision 11.0.4)

NO problems with Chrome. Everything is automagical and works as expected.

Yeah. Yeah. Funny thing is it only impacts some things. Able to change colors, but some things the spinning wheel times out, and others it just takes awhile. Stupid IE !!

I use it to test things seen by clients as we have a lot of IE users, sadly. Although as a client it works just fine on Windows 7, except for managing web stuff.
