Looking for a plugin that you know can add a carousel of logos at the bottom of every page or just about every page.
Is there a way to do that?

Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for that functionality, sorry! Also, we do not have any recommended plugin in that case. You should find and test some plugins with this functionality and check them how it works.
