Hi
I created a staging site using a subdomain (staging.domain.com). The original site is hosted on Bluehost VPS. Plenty of capacity. I’m down to activating the theme. It will not accept either Envato Purchase code, or Manual methods. When I attempt to get the TagDiv activation key, I get “the code is invalid” error.
I know all the data is correct. It’s cut and pasted from purchase documentation. Any Ideas?

Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include your envato purchse code.
