My website is under construction and I have recently updated it to the latest version of Newspapaer 10.3.9.1
I installed Default Pro demo and deactivated the Standard Pack plugin. Later I checked the site speed but realized that I hadn’t done everything in order as the speed was very slow (8.63s load time as per Pingdom speed test).
May I ask you to help me with this and check what did I do wrong? Below I have mentioned the details of access to my dashboard if you need more detailed information:

As my site is under construction I will remove all images that are no longer in use.
What about Standard Pack Plugin, my site was built with previous versions of Newspaper theme. But now I would like to redesign it and uploaded Default Pro demo and deactivated Standart Pack. Regarding the dependencies, should I do anything on this point? Or I should start building it without doing an extra thing?

My suggestion would be to install the new pro demo, uninstall the Standard pack plugin. You will see that all the elements in the composer that were using the old code will show up as text, all those have to be removed. We recommend you to use the flex blocks which are way more customizable in the tagDiv composer.
