Hi,

i have a problem, i send mail ‘wordpress super cache’ administrators for this problem. They said that contact with your theme owners. Why i take a diffrent page view counts with Google Analytic. Can you help me please.

Hello sait,

Please notice that our post view counter has a different implementation than Google Analytics. Our theme counts each view regardless of the user while Google Analytics counts only the unique users and that’s why appears this difference.

Hi Catalin,

İ understand its diffrent from each other,
But if it were as you said the theme count must be bigger than Google Analytic count. But you can look again screenshot The Google analytic count bigger than theme count. Am i wrong?

Hello sait,

I guess that your post view counter not work as expected since it displays less than Google Analytics. Please ensure that you are using a cache plugin and the Ajax filter option from Theme panel is enabled, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2e5uUaH5j After this, you should check your post view counter to see if this will work as properly or not. Try to make some refreshes and check if the view counter number will be increment.
