It seems you need to update your social counter plugin and then clear cache. Please disable the current social counter you use and then install it again from the new theme package (version 4.3)
Make sure you clear cache afterwards.

thank you for getting back.
I have managed to get those icons to show up, but now FB does not show up my fans (I have around 500) under the icon, but Twitter does.
Do you have any idea why?

Please notice that the problem with Facebook does not come from our theme but only from the Facebook stuff, sorry! Try to generate another Facebook App Key, ensure that key has been approved by the Facebook and it’s valid and clear all the caches and check the results.
