Hello,
Please let me know the steps to add custom share buttons for this theme which will do the work and also make the custom icons as responsive.

Hi,
The easiest way would be to look for a plugin, and replace the existing buttons.
Another solution would be to edit the existing buttons, you can find the code inside the td_module_blog.php – http://screencast.com/t/hXwBOp80uS8
The buttons icons (sprite elements) are located inside the Newspaper/images/sprite/elements.png file -http://screencast.com/t/0z55q1Hh3Ic
And the css inside the style.css file – http://screencast.com/t/3IMDSuBiTS
If you don’t have basic html/css experience i suggest that you hire a professional developer to build those for you.
