Our Homepage is made Visual Composer, we try to stick a post in Big Grid 1, we mark “Stick a post on the front page” when we want to publish the post but it is not working.
Please help and what can we do?

Unfortunately the stick post option do not work with our theme, sorry! if you wan to show a post as sticky you can set the id post in the block settings, you can check our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Thanks a lot for the support and I am so sorry to see the theme does not support such a useful feature.
In the link you suggested and the screenshot there is not anything for stick a post by the ID, there are some filters for excluding the posts. Am I right?

The link that I provide you shows the way you can use the filter tab of blocks/grids, you can show inserting the id of post or you can exclude post using “-” before id.
