You can select a column and set it sticky as in your screenshot. Please note if you pass that row while scrolling, then the sticky effect will disappear too.
Please note that sticky columns will never work on mobile because they are displayed one under the other.

The sticky column option is not working for you because you set it on both columns https://i.imgur.com/JC2fcoc.png and it need to be set only for the shortest column.
Please edit it with tagDiv Composer and remove it from the right column.
