Sticky columns partially hidden by the "Main menu sticky"

Can sticky columns detects the height of the Main menu sticky and offset it?

Sorry, maybe I have not explained well. I tried to clean cache, and as you can see in the images the right sticky column in “Comarca” is partially hidden by the “Main menu sticky” when you move down the screen, and it’s important when I use it for ads.
