I would like to know how I can add sticky effect to the full header (except Header Top), including the logo and at ad spot. It would be perfect if the header becomes sticky after scrolling past the black Header Top. I’m currently using the demo/default layout (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/).

I’m guessing that you want to have the menu always sticky, you can do that in Theme panel->Header – https://www.screencast.com/t/KbEiCaMKo If that is not what you wanted please provide more details so I can see if it is possible or not.

We would love to have the Logo, Banner Ad, and Navigation fixed after scrolling past the “black header top” bar. This is currently not possible with the settings in Theme Panel. Is it possible to modify the .js file to make this happen? Or we can disable sticky menu completely and use a different jquery affix plugin.

From what I understand you want the whole header (logo, ad and menu) to remain fixed at the top of the page when you scroll down the page. Unfortunately there is no theme setting for this and has to be made custom. You could try however this code provided below with this result – https://www.screencast.com/t/2M67GyOd6k also you should enter it in Theme panel->Advanced Css in the desktop section so it applies only in that situation, because it could cause problems on smaller devices. Or if you want you could experiment in different situations and optimize it so it suits your needs better. Please let me know if this solution works for you or you wanted something else.
