I’m not sure how this happened, but the menu options for my sticky header have no spaces between them. I was wondering how I could change this back so there are spaces between them. Thank you.

Please check the multi-purpose settings in the header settings, set the main menu on default

These styles are supposed to apply only when using a multi-purpose header style, but they seem to affect default header styles as well. We are aware of the issue and we will fix it in the next theme update, sorry for this inconvenience.

I had a similar problem with the menu, I was preparing a website based on the demo construction, (newspaper 8.6 version) I am using header style 4, without top bar, and always sticky menu. When the page opens the first time, the menu is displayed correctly, but when scrolling and the menu stays sticky, the spaces between the elements of the menu are lost and all the elements are stuck
according to the solution by Simion C., the problem was corrected, thanks very much
