Which demo did you install on your end?
You can customize it in the tagdiv composer and align the elements as you like.
There, you should split the row into 2 or 3 columns, drag and drop the elements in the columns, and align them like this: https://app.screencast.com/RVZYDsG6ZYZKo

You can set a row/inner row to be sticky or not from its settings: https://app.screencast.com/meYQjYKITuGuR . Also, you can have a header sticky on desktop and mobile too.
