Sticky menu acting weird

When I set the main menu to sticky it starts acting weird. Mostly it shows the sticky version directly after pageload or it does not return to the normal menu when i scroll back to top.

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

I have disabled all non tagdiv plugins (still disabled) and i have no child theme, no caching installed yet.
