Trying to get the sticky menu to work, by having the setting set to “Always Sticky”,
but it seems that on mobile, the menu is stuck on Smart Snap.
Any ideas?

Yes, indeed on mobile it will always be smart snap. There is no option to make the mobile menu always sticky.
