Sticky menu still shows even set to off

We have set up cloud header template 3 and set the sticky menu to off but still when scrolling down the page the sticky menu shows up on desktop version.

Hi,

Cloud header templates will display a sticky version after importing them. If you don’t need this, you can activate the sticky mode while editing the header
– http://prntscr.com/nlz62z and remove all the elements that are there. Then there will be no sticky elements to display. The same for mobile – http://prntscr.com/nlz7m1

While this works, it’s not very logical.. if you set it to off it should probably be off..
