I create anchor text to create a Table of Contents, when the sticky menu is turned off – my anchor link is okay. But, when the sticky menu is turned on – header covers my anchor.

The only way to prevent this from happening is to use a plugin or some custom javascript code which can integrate an offset when scrolling to an anchor.
