How do I set one of the posts from that particular category to be sticky so it will always be the latest post from the homepage’s block?
Even though there is a sticky post option in the “quick edit” from the post page, it still got pushed down by the newest post added on the later date.

Our theme modules and blocks were created to ignore sticky posts. Sorry. You can filter posts using the post id filter in blocks if you want to always show the same posts on your site. Please check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

I can use post id filter with categories filter together?
Hi,
Yes you can use those options together. But once you use the post id filter, you can add the post you want by id. You can simply choose id;s from a particular category. But this will not stop you from using both filters.
