How can I have sticky social sharing and follow buttons just below sticky navigation on all the pages of the blog.

Hi,
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have a feature like that. You could try to search and use a plugin to achieve that, like https://wordpress.org/plugins/mashsharer/ or similar.

There are so many plugins over @ wordpress that can do this…just go to wordpress site and put in the search “social share” and you see a lot show up.
