Still No Option To Edit Footer With TD Composer

This issue persists. I’m not sure why, but there is no option to edit with TD Composer. I have not updated to 11.1 yet. Please, see attached images.

Hello,

Is not an issue, this is how this template was designed.
The footer template does not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend, the footer can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF that page can be private.

I must say that your tech support is terrible, especially since I paid for your theme. I need better support. Your instructions are not clear enough. An arrow pointing on a screenshot says and shows me nothing. The YouTube video shows me nothing directly related to my issue. You stated “front end” which makes no sense because the actual front end is the part of the website that the user sees. I need better support ASAP. This is absolutely unacceptable.

So, are you telling me that you can edit the HEADER/MOBILE HEADER with TD Composer, but you cannot do the same with the FOOTER? This isn’t making sense.

Hello,

I’m sorry my information didn’t help you. All cloud templates can be edited with tagDiv Composer, but the footer template is a “special” template and it must be set on a page or post to be edited. This is how it was thought by our developers.
