in the attached picture you can see my posts in the first top block is again being repeated in the block under it. how do I prevent this and instead have the block below display other posts. want the newer posts in the first block and older posts moving to the block below it

both blocks are for same category. how do I get some of the posts to be in the top block and other posts(no repetition) in block below it whiles they have the same category
