I found that problem may be caused by the setting of SEO by Yoast

Social > Facebook > Add Open Graph meta data

After I turn off this option, the counter back to work again.

I don’t used there Facebook > Add Open Graph meta data so i don’t know how this can be the reason for the postviews to not work…as i say over and over since the theme update last week the postviews stop working. grrrrrrrrrrrr

I don’t use the SEO by Yoast plugin, and have never used it, so I’m not sure that this is the problem. I also have 0 post views on the two or three posts I have published since the latest Newspaper update.
