Also is there option to embed there in my home page or only in separately page?
Is there an option to create stories with small circles as Instagram?

Unfortunately Newspaper Theme does not have this option.

You can use the column text element in order to render shortcodes or use HTML codes. Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog
Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.

The only thing called “stories” in Newspaper Theme is this: https://www.screencast.com/t/rceZYjd8N and they are located in the Cloud Library. Please be a bit more specific about what stories you want to implement in AMP.

Please note that this option is not available with Newspaper Theme. You can use a 3rd party plugin for this but please note that we have not tested any plugin in this matter so we cannot recommend any.
