Strange menu item

Hi,
Please have a look at my megamenu main menu on https://v2.insuranceworld.gr. If you select one of the two options (on the black background), it displays the sub-categories, but it also displays one sub-category again under the main option.
What have I done wrong?

Hello,

I think that your structure of the menu is not configured well. Please provide some screenshots of where you created the menu.

I noticed that it displays there the last option of the menu as it’s been created in Appearance > Menu.

Hello,

Please delete the subcategories https://i.imgur.com/gURzVsT.png , and let only this option do it mega menu -> https://i.imgur.com/0whmz8a.png
