Hello,
The problem i’m facing is quite strange. Whatever i choose ( most popular last 7 days or most popular of all time or Random posts, or anything else), i get posts only from one author. Even popular posts from other authors doesn’t show.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Please provide your URL website so I can inspect it closer. Also, please provide more details about your problem. (some screenshots would be useful). I need to know these details so I can be able to provide a more accurate response. Before this, please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try again.

Thank you for your reply and sorry for the delay.
I ‘ve tried all these with no success. After that i enabled the stats from jetpack and somehow i got the same behavior, shows only popular posts from one author. Not sure if it has to do with the theme, my database or something else.
I also tried at the widget filters to add multiple authors instead of living it empty, nothing changed.
Not sure what screenshots you need, this one shows my homepage and popular posts, all are from one author.

Please check the block setting used to be on default mode and change only the sorting option to be Popular (Jetpack+status module required). As you can see in this screenshot – http://screencast.com/t/414nuIwh5Yk this feature is recommended to use without other settings/pagination
