There seems to be a strange smiley to the left of the “trending now” bar, just below the The Other Newspaper logo. Could you help me remove it?

Hi,
This smile face is set with custom code https://i.imgur.com/0BarCKG.png our the do not have an option for trending now element to set an image. Maybe this code is set in a child. Unfortunately, for this, I can provide more details only if I have access to your website files.
