'STRETCH BACKGROUND' option removes background?

Hello,

My background disappeared from my website today, and no changes were made.

After hours of testing, i found out the ‘STRETCH BACKGROUND’ option makes the background disappear now, for some reason? So i can’t enable it.

Is there a way to fix this issue?
