I’ve run into a problem while using the “Go To Payment” function on Stripe checkout in test mode. The error message I received states:
“Automatic tax calculation in Checkout requires a valid address on the Customer. Add a valid address to the Customer or set either customer_update[address] to ‘auto’ or customer_update[shipping] to ‘auto’ to save the address entered in Checkout to the Customer.”
I have verified that the tax calculations are set to Automatic mode as required. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Everything on your screenshot is checked correctly. However, today I tried again and I manage to overpass this step and make the payment, but after the page reloading I get this error:
subscription for stripe session id
cs_test_a1ArJwszsdyY5VdLENdYilpe9wqhIVvoguBpu4UFdqaI1PwLgSsL4FibX4was not found !
So, I’m still on Free tier

We can take a look at this and investigate the issue. Please do a full backup to all files and databases and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.
