Is it possible to have Style 11 and the top ad under the logo?

Hi,
This is the default implementation of header style 11.
The top ad is under the logo: https://www.screencast.com/t/IJcod8uoTA0
If you want it above the logo maybe, then you will have to edit this file and switch these 2 elements: https://www.screencast.com/t/PI2RiPrOKns
