I’ve come across an issue that says – “Stylesheet is missing.”

I think I used a plugin that broke this thing, don’t know which one.
But If I see it in a file manager, It shows the style.css file in the newspaper theme folder.
It was working fine before. Now I don’t see the theme editor and other options when I open my website.
