Sub-Categories On Mobile Nav

Hi

I would like sub-categories to show on my mobile nav but can’t work out how to do this when having mega-menus in place.

http://www.glutenfreemag.co.uk/

For instance, the parent category Eat shows but the sub-category Products does not. Do you know how I can fix this?
