How can we display all sub categories infinitely? I.e., no matter how deep into the categories you go, you can still see the child categories of the category you are in?

I’m not sure where you want to show all categories. Please provide more details to where do you want them.
I suspect the breadcrumbs though.Our theme will only show 2 levels of breadcrumbs. It will not be an easy task to add more levels to it though. Here is where the code is being created but you will need coding skills to get this done: http://screencast.com/t/RueK3ydhBSZ If you do not know the steps you need to take in this regard, we suggest hiring a freelancer to help out as we cannot offer any custom work at the moment.

I want it such that a person clicks on Category then can see a list of all sub categories [and the articles in the parent category].
Then he clicks on a sub category, then he can see a list of all its sub categories [and the articles in the parent category].
And so on…
Is that clear?

Yes, that is clear but it will have to be made custom unfortunately. There is no such element in our theme.
Sorry. You will have to either create it custom or find a plugin that has this functionality.
