Hello Dariob,
A solution to add your link to the sub footer is to add a custom link to the sub footer menu, add an extra class – http://screencast.com/t/9W8mme5QH and add this custom CSS in Theme Panel > Custom CSS – http://screencast.com/t/apZe4DLuZ0
.td-footer-link {
pointer-events: none;
cursor: default;
}
