how can I do to insert into the sub footer (Footer Copyright Text) a text with a link to a target=”_blank”?
Example text is: POWERED BY STUDIOTOPO (the link should be on the world STUDIOTOPO).

just an info: I use the child theme and I have insert the edited footer.php file inside.
As there is to edit the td_panel_generator.php, how can I do to use it inside the child theme?

Unfortunately, the td_panel_generator.php file is not supported by the Child Theme and it is not overwritten by the theme but only the footer.php. You can do the changes for footer.php in the child theme and the other one into your main theme if you want. Please notice that if you have the child theme, on the new update, the theme overwritten the code and you can lose this changes.
