sub footer not showing even though its activated

sub footer not showing even though its activated

footer active:
http://prntscr.com/pmmexk

shows up in editor, as you can see:
http://prntscr.com/pmmelq

but doesnt show up in site
http://prntscr.com/pmmfis

i dont think its cache related, all other content updates show.

Hello !

Please note that if you are using a PRO demo, your footer will be editable using tagDiv Composer. You will need to open tagdiv composer on any page, scroll to the bottom of the page and edit your footer.

Also please provide a link to your website.
