Hello. Subcategories do not appear in the menu. I see an icon next to the menu, but I don’t see any subcategories.

I think the problem is that the mega menu structure is not correctly made; please check this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
If you have a parent category with subcategories, you need to select only the parent category for mega menu.
Also, please provide some screenshots with your settings for the menu an the link to your website.
Also, do you have posts in these categories?
