I have created the categories and subcategories on the category sidebar widget but the subcategories sometimes appear and sometimes do not appear.When I find which subcategory is missing and add a product of that subcategory then it appears again.This is something that happens very often and isn’t a permanent solution. I cannot determine it. Is there a solution to fix it permanently?

We have noticed that some parent categories didn’t have any products. Only child categories had products. So, we chose both parent and child as category.

Thank you for the answer. The problem seems to be solved after I added as category the parent categories.
