What would be our best option in order to edit our permalink? As shown on the following screenshots, our permalink has the category followed by its subcategory, with the subject name being repeated though.
Our problem is that we have subcategories that are applied for SAME categories, for example:
POLITICA – LECCO
” – MANDELLO
” – CALOLZIOCORTE
” – OLGINATE
” – …
CRONACA – LECCO
” – MANDELLO
” – CALOLZIOCORTE
” – OLGINATE
” – …
ECONOMIA – LECCO
” – MANDELLO
” – CALOLZIOCORTE
” – OLGINATE
” – …
and we had to set them like this:
POLITICS – LECCO-POLITICS
” – MANDELLO-POLITICS
” – CALOLZIOCORTE-POLITICS
” – OLGINATE-POLITICS
” – …
CRONACA – LECCO-CRONACA
” – MANDELLO-CRONACA
” – CALOLZIOCORTE-CRONACA
” – OLGINATE-CRONACA
” – …
ECONOMIA – LECCO-ECONOMIA
” – MANDELLO-ECONOMIA
” – CALOLZIOCORTE-ECONOMIA
” – OLGINATE-ECONOMIA
” – …
We would like to have a permalink that it would show the main category (subject) followed by subcategories (region). How are we supposed to solve that?

Our theme does not control neither the permalinks nor the redirects. Permalinks are set form wordpress:
