I think that you want to replace the places of the elements from sub-footer, if is so, then you can check this custom css -> http://prntscr.com/pkf6sp

The custom css need to be set in Theme Panel > Custom code > Custom css

The zip files from wp-content/themes/Newsmag/plugins are for theme plugins, if you’ll need to delete some theme plugins, then you’ll need to reinstall the theme to have the zip back.
So, you can delete them, this should not affect the website.
