Those are just blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/q30qPHt.png and elements from the Composer. Are you referring to editing the template? You can edit it like all the other templates.

There are so many icons and social icon options to use to put a link here but how can I add a custom icon here?

If you want to add online the icons and the links, you can use the element social icons, where you can add the custom icons -> https://i.imgur.com/nOBMDFe.png

Please make sure that you added the entire link to the social icons and the links contain the https://www.

Got it,
I tried but the color is not good for the icon like red where all other icons are auto get red according to the theme style
and the icon size is not getting fixed
Looks like I need to play around with the code or create my own icon and then I need to get it done
You have so many icons listed there but no icons of famous freelancing platforms
At-least your team should add icons to famous freelancing platforms as you have already more then 500+ icons of almost every famous thing.
If your team can get this done for platform like
Upwork
Freelancer
Fiverr
Bark
PeoplePerHour
etc. etc.
