Hello,
I’d like to include email subscribe form that would show up at bottom of the pages and posts (below content, above comments). Please advice how to include it so it works on desktop and mobile themes.

Hello,
In order to add a subscription form you will need a plugin as the theme has no such functionality. Then you can use the plugin shortcode to insert it into posts using the do_shortcode function in the post template files.
