Hi,
We have a website. http://www.taf.org.tr
It was working perfectly until 2 days ago. When we are logged in as Administrator, wordpress Admin bar on top is being displayed only on HomePage. When we navigate one of the pages (post, pages, etc.), that admin bar on top is being disapeared.
It was working before, we didnt update anything and we didnt install any plugin, suddenly it happened. Please could you help us?

HI
I am not sure why this happens but it could be a conflict caused by some plugin or caches. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again. Also check if the toolbar is enabled on user profile: http://screencast.com/t/sxK901mpba4
