I’m wondering if we can implement some modern feature in newspaper theme.
When visitor read random topic and the text is about to over, in the comment section there would appear the next topic, which are loaded via ajax.
Could it be the possible feature of the theme?

That is an interesting feature, but I could not say if or when this kind of option will be available in the theme. Please take into account that each update is meant to improve the theme and also add additional possibilities, and the list of suggestions and recommendations is forever increasing. All of these will be analyzed and some will be selected for implementation and others will get postponed for a later time.
